This scenario spans the period between 1200 and 1700 AD. Prepare for a fierce fight as you struggle to become the ultimate tournament Shogun! LENGTH: medium-long. PLAYERS: single or multi. MAJOR CLANS Otomo: Metal Working, Alphabet
-Seafaring civs (Mori and Oda) begin the game with one Curragh. -no accelerated production -cultural conversions are allowed -barbarians: roaming -length: 500 turns over a 500 year period -Victory conditions: there are four paths to victory...
This scenario is not recommended for slower computers. This scenario is good for players who like to build and expand without being distracted by early conflict. The Uesugi (Political/Expansionistic) and Date (agricultural/religious) have been upgraded to a major civ for this scenario only; the Date can build Shinto Masters and Uesugi can build Ninja and Ronin. And both can build armies. Ships +1 movement and carrying capacity. City growth, military power, and technical advancement are the most important factors in achieving a high score. A victory with any Army triggers a Golden Age. |
