Age of Emperors comes with a full in-game civilopedia.
(Conquests will NOT run AOE without this patch. However, this patch is not required if you are using Civ III Complete.)
Game Downloads: Installation instructions: Be sure to download the version of AOE that matches your version of Civilization. AOE has been tested on PC versions of "Civilization 3: Conquests" (patched version) and "Civilization 3 Complete". It is not compatible with other versions of the game. After you have installed AOE, start Civilization and choose Civ-Content from the main menu. Look for the three scenarios entitled ! AOE 01 Ancient Empires, ! AOE 02 Imperial World, ! AOE 03 Tournament. If you do not see these scenarios, it's possible that your installation of Civ 3 does not use the default path. We recommend that you uninstall everything and reinstall all the programs from scratch using the default installation folders. If you are experienced with creating folders and moving files, you can manually repair a faulty installation by checking two things. 1) The "Age of Emperors" folder should be inside Conquests\Conquests. 2) The three AOE scenario files should be inside Conquests\Scenarios.
